Emerging Leading Technologies uses Delivery Agents to deliver Customer Products. If the Customer orders Products online and requires delivery, Customer automatically agrees for Emerging Leading Technologies to provide Customer details to the Delivery Agent for the purpose of delivering of the Products.
Emerging Leading Technologies provide a flat shipping fee per item purchased and the delivery fees will be added to the total purchase value. There may be an increase in the Delivery Fee payable by the Customer in relation to an order if:
(a) the order is split and requires multiple deliveries or addresses.
(b) the quantity or size of the order is large such that Emerging Leading Technologies will be required to package Products separately
Where it provides ‘Free Standard Delivery’, the delivery fees will not apply to your order for the specified period of ‘Free Standard Delivery’. Where no end date to the ‘Free Standard Delivery’ period is specified, Emerging Leading Technologies may change the offer at any time without prior notification to you. However, all Orders processed during a free standard delivery offer period will be processed in accordance with the offer.
Emerging Leading Technologies aims to achieve the delivery time frames set out below.
(a) all Standard Fee and Special Delivery Fee Products (excluding products that are considered Big and Bulky Products by Australian Post services):
(i) Australia wide (including capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas: 7-14 business days; and (ii) Regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory: 7-14 business days.
We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the delivery days or dates due to matters that are out of Emerging Leading Technologies’s control. In peak trading periods or where item or the items in Customer order are not available and need to be sourced from another fulfillment location, this may result in delays in order or delivery fulfillment. In that event Emerging Leading Technologies is not able to fulfill the delivery time frame, Customer will be notified within 2 business days.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. Customer acknowledges and agrees that notwithstanding anything else in this clause: (a) Delivery time frames may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances; and (b) Emerging Leading Technologies is not liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.
During major sales events orders may be delayed. Emerging Leading Technologies will contact you if there will be significant delivery delay.
Delivery of Products will be made to the Delivery Address specified by the Customer during the order process. Customer will need to submit a separate order for Products where Customer requires multiple delivery destinations. (Note, additional charges may apply-contact Emerging Leading Technologies for more information).
If the Customer is not personally available to accept delivery, Customer may appoint a representative to accept the Products. The representative must be over 18 years of age and capable of receiving delivery on Customer’s behalf.
The Delivery Agent may require Customers or person accepting the delivery to provide them with proof of identity, such as photo identification or proof of age. Delivery Agent appointed by Emerging Leading Technologies may not make delivery of the Products if the person receiving the Products is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory evidence of proof of identity or age. Where delivery cannot take place due to insufficient identification, a calling card will be left to collect the Products from a local Australia Post office. It will be Customer’s responsibility to follow the instructions stated on the calling card.
Customer or nominated representative may be required to sign a delivery manifest to confirm that the delivery has taken place. If the Customer or nominated representative refuses to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept the delivery. Where redelivery is required because of refusal to accept delivery, Customer may be required to pay any associated fees for redelivery.
If there is no one available at the Delivery Address to accept the delivery, or there is limited access to the Delivery Address or it is unsafe or impractical to make delivery, a calling card will be left to collect the Products from a local Australia Post office. It is the Customer’s responsibility to follow the instructions stated on the calling card.
After accepting the delivery Customer must inspect the Products and check that the Products delivered are undamaged and match the order specifications or quantities. If there is an obvious damage to the Products due to transit, Emerging Leading Technologies customer service center will be able to assist the Customer. Any Products replaced under the Warranty due to being faulty, damaged, or incorrect will be delivered to the Customer at free of charge. Emerging Leading Technologies does NOT provide refunds for change of mind or make a wrong decision. Customer can choose between exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on Emerging Leading Technologies website.
